Task:
Doesn't everyone have a guilty pleasure? Things that we love but are embarrassed about? Habits that we don't even tell our closest friends about. But we can't help it - and secretly nibble our toenails, lustfully watch ‘Bauer sucht Frau’ or buy endless books that are never taken out of the plastic.
Idea:
Maybe it turns out that the neighbour has the same preference and that there is more that connects us than separates us. We research and interview, categorise and visualise. In four weeks, serious, humorous and disgusting pictures are created, which are also an opportunity to learn a new technique, risography. All participants work together on all stages of a product, from design and printing to production and publication. The collective has the power!
Solution:
After a few warm-ups on illustration styles, we will work together to create a two-week annual calendar by revealing 26 rueful pleasures of very different ideas and images. The conditions are the same for everyone: DIN A3, fixed calendar, 2-colour risoprint, a single image or 1 mini-story on 2/4 panels. And to make it really real, we bring the Guilty Pleasure from the calendar into the room and test it in AR. Doesn't everyone fart in the bathtub?
